We offer the possibility of vacuum casting with different types of casting materials. Production in this way allows us to produce both small and large production series.
Technologies
We specialize in the technology of casting cavity silicone rubber moulds which we produce by using a vacuum. We can cast even the smallest details due to the different hardness of silicone rubber. The major part of the materials we use are provided by ACR Czech s.r.o. the exclusive importer of Axson. These polyurethanes are two-part resin with low viscosity and fast curing. Using this technology we are able to produce a high quality product with the characteristics of your choice.
About us
The CMR moulding & casting company was founded at the beginning of the 2012 in Prague as a result of the original CMR company spliting into two separate entities.
We conducted this reorganization in order to be able to cover all the demand for models and the production of products. Since we have more than thirty years of experience with this form of resin production a lot of other companies concerned with similar production have turned to us due to CMR's rigorous product execution. These companies are based abroad mostly, although a few of them are from the Czech Republic.
